How to reach
- Infiltrate the Black Bear warren side entrance during the Act IV assault quest.
- Pick or obtain the warren key from the quartermaster optional objective.
- Descend two levels to the vault sigil door marked with a bear claw.
Walkthrough
- Disable the first blade wall by hitting floor pressure plates in a cross pattern.
- Loot side rooms before the central timer resets the traps.
- Fight the Vault Keeper; it enrages below half health—save stamina skills.
- Open the vengeance chests and choose one major weapon mat per weekly reset on repeat runs.
- Escape via the upper vent before the warren lockdown event if you triggered alarms.
